I entered into contract with Hughesnet and its been one problem after another! 

It has Philapines technical support only and useless!

slow to no service at all. Tried to tell me that I used 20KB in 6 days! We do not stream videos! 

After 25 contacts I cancelled it! they wanted $400 contract termination fee!

I have spent over $500 on computer persons only to find the installer cut my hard wires and telephone wires! 

When the most recent repair person came he ran mud throughout my house THEN told me to go to Lowes and buy a $3.00 part and fix it myself! Are you kidding! 

Spoke to corporate office who waved the fees! 

 

Just don't enter into contract!

Hughes Network Systems, LLC i lived at 65 Power Plant Road in Scarbro, WV 25917 and signed up for HughesNet Internet Service w/2 yr. contract. I met my husband who was from GA and married and moved to GA. They requested I pay $310.00 for breaching contract which I paid. They wanted their equipent back failing to tell me the radio was on the dish out in the yard. Now I'm in GA and they want $216.00 for not returning it and I returned everything else that they told me to return. My landlord back in WV took Dish to trashdump because he never wanted it in his yard to begin with. There is no way I can get it. Chicago Illinois
