 Hughsnet does not give you complete information when you are signing up.

1 - they do not tell you that there is a limit to the amount of data you can access and when you go over your computer starts acting like ti is on dial up. If you wan to get back to internet high speed it coats extra. there is no way around this.

2 - they say there is free cancellation within 30 days. Not true. First they expect you to climp up on your roof and take a part off the satillite. If yiou want them to do it for you it costs $99.00. they never tell you this. Of course if yiou do not take it aort properly and break it it will cost you more. You have to threaten them with law suits or that you won'pay the bill and go to a high up supervisor to get the removal done free. Most poeple won't go through this hassle. I did but it took me 5 peole, 5 calls and 1 hour to accomplis this.

3 - They then send you a ciontainer to pack the parts in and return to them. God forbid UPS damages the box and the parts I am sure they will attempt to charge me. Another hassle I am sure. the box is also a nithmare to navigate, the make this oprocess a hard  as they can for the customers.

Howard Hughs (this is one of the Hughs companies) would roll over in his grave if he knew how this ripoff company treated people.
