Ibotta Locked my account and kept my money Denver Colorado

I've been using Ibotta for over a month when I have small refund amounts into two savings from $0.50 to $9 they automatically added to my account I accumulated over $100 and they've kept $65 of it. They locked my account stating that they are unable to read my receipt. I've emailed customer service but they have not replied it's been over 2 weeks. I think they just download the app and keep the money people make off of savings and that is how they make their fortune.. Its a scam everyone will eventually be locked out, deactivated or ask to call or email customer service. It's a scam and once again that is how they make their money. I mean what was I thinking downloading an app and scanning my receipts thinking they're going to give me money back for free? What's the catch? Well the big catch is they close and deactivate your account after a certain amount save $50 x a million people. Wow that's a real rebate!
