I.C. Systems Pursues collection despite evidence of invalid claim by convicted felon dentist St. Paul Minnesota

I.C. Syetems continues to pursue collection from me regarding a placement made by a dentist who is "balance billing" me for amounts disallowed by the insurance carrier that he is a participating service provider of. I have already submitted evidence supporting my counter claim against the dentist. This evidence includes a detailed three page correspondence from the insurance carrier's investigations department to the dentist advising him that he is wrongfully attempting to collect from me and that he in fact owes me a refund of fees collected in excess of the amounts he is contractually allowed by the plan.

I have filed suit against the dentist for recovery of fees owed me, a civil restraining order and order to show cause. These matters are pending before the court but I.C. Systems marches on and has responded by filing derogatory statements against me with the credit bureaus and insisting that the dentists claim against me is valid. This is where my damages arise. They have hurt my credit score and caused me imeasurable suffering and distress.

To make matters interesting, the dentist last month pleaded guilty in Brooklyn Federal court to insurance fraud and is to serve 7.5 years in prison. I.C. Systems does not care. Their position is that unless HE withdraws the claim they still consider it valid despite the documentation they have received from me and continue to ignore. So now this matter has splintered into two matters. The first being Me vs. the dentist which is pending in the court and me vs. I.C. Systems.
