ICU, Inc Speedy Repo Thieves and Liars! Can we get a class action lawsuit started? Internet

Required the services of an auto repossession company to recover an RV which we knew the exact location of. Were told cost for repo ($550) and agreed to push ahead.
Throughout the procedure, we kept in contact with Speedy Repo and the location that we had given them was confirmed.

Bill comes in and we are charged an extra $5000 for skip tracing. They did not need to investigate where the unit was because we told them and at no time were we ever informed of the additional charge. At the time we had no choice but to pay as they held the RV hostage until they were wired their money.

This sham company uses and pays local repo companies to do their work for them. They then charge the customer the so called 'skip tracing' they carry out....or in most cases do not carry out, and certainly do not tell the client that they will be charged for it.


Avoid like the plague.

We are ready to join anyone who is ready to sue these fraudsters!
