ICU, Inc, Speedy Repo Crooks Like All Reviews Confirm Fredericksburg Va

I called this company for a simple local repo. I knew where the truck was, and stated such, and they wer given keys when it was picked up. I was quoted $500.00 when they hired me. However, afterwards they told me I would need to pay over 4100.00 to retrieve our truck. This is extortion! I even have an email confirming the $500.00 quote. I don;t think they realize that in court, when I sue them, this will amend the contract and be considered as accepted, since they went out and satisfied performance at the price I defined in writting to them as a condition and term of the contract. Be careful!! They think they are slick because of their hold harmless verbiage. However, they apparently don't realize that ambiguity detriments the contract author (them, in this case) and the express authorization to tow for the $500.00 fee agreed upon will be a prima facie case. Not only will I be getting my 4100.00 back but I will be getting my truck and all of our legal expenses paid after I am done with these clowns. Save yourself the time and headache and hire someone else more reputable.
