Quick to rip you off. They are a fraud company. Operating without any licenses to do business in the United States. They are from Canada and doing bad practice. Officers had to get involved in finding my vehicle at another repo agents location without prior authorization. After involving many authorities it turns out they are a SCAM. They cannot do business in any STATE! They will start getting very I mean and very upset once you ask for credentials such as a license number a current correct location (Its a UPS Store location on the address they have.) They work and expect wire transfer payment to go to a ICU Inc corporation out in CANADA. Come on I can go on. I'm only writing such a review to warn the public of such a thing going on here. They need to be shut down. They have an F rating with the BBB. Check it out. You will find many upset customers and unwanted headaches from such a scam.

Without regard to the difficulties you may have had with this company, let me set you straight about the BBB/BS. The ONLY reason they have their "F" PHONEY rating is because they have not yet BOUGHT their PHONEY "accreditation" from the BBB/BS. Do you understand the BBB/BS is NOT part of ANY government body and neither are they part of ANY law enforcement body? ANY business, good or bad can BUY their PHONEY RATING from the BBB/BS. The BBB/BS has absolutely ZERO POWER to do ANYTHING to any business. Everybody in business knows this. The ONLY purpose of the BBB/BS is to make money by SELLING their PHONEY ratings. They have gone to great measures to deceive the public into thinking they have some law enforcement powers when they do not. That's EXACTLY why they refer to themselves as "the bureau" like a legitimate law enforcement body would. The BBB/BS couldn't care less about you or whatever ripoff you think you may have experienced. What they will do is any complaint they receive about a business is treated as a SALES LEAD so they can harass them about buying their PHONEY RATING. Don't be deceived by them.
