Speedy Repo they are liars and ripoffs Internet

This company was hired to repo 2 cars for us the money was paid up front they charged the credit card 350.00 a car total of 700.00 the contract was signed was signed in 2015 the cars have not been picked up as of today 1/21/16 when you call they tell you they will call you back which they never do they dont return your phones when you call for updates they tell you they are out on the road.  We call them 10 times to tell them we knew the location of one of the cars and they kept telling us they will go out in 20 minutes but 20 minutes never comes they told us there tow truck was also in a accident on way to get it they told us by the time they got there it was gone.  But I call her at least 10 times if not more I had someone there watching the vehicle to make sure it was not moved they never moved it and they never showed up to pick up the vehicle.  We called them the next day telling them, they didnt go get it why the girl said it was gone by the time they got there we gave them address that we know were right but they didnt show up at either address to get the vehicle, so we keep calling them the second day cause car was at same spot she told me they were on there way but we had someone sitting there waiting for them to show they didnt show up again her excuse this time was they were there car was gone but the person watching the car said they didnt show up again two day in a row we called them about picking it up they were gonna go out but never showed up to pick , she told me will have someone go out again when they get back from another run they will definitely get still have not picked up we had to hire another company to go pick up the vehicle.  All the company does it lies to you they never send anybody out to pick up the vehicle they take your money up front and never do there job.  This needs to be stopped.  It is a horrible company the just lie and cheat people and are not honest at all they should be shut down,  She also told me our money is not refundable dont see that on the sheet if you dont do your job they should refund your money.  I know they never went out because we had someone watching them and they never showed up to pick up the vehicle.
