I ordered this product, although skeptical, but thought I would try it. What a joke. The first time I used the spray on my legs, it took 2 applications, waiting 8 minutes in between to remove maybe 75% of the hair. Second application was the same. The roll on for your face was just as disappointing. I emailed the company and asked for a refund and 35 days later was told that it was past the 30 day trial period and they wouldn't take the product back. Their customer service is horrible and I hope they go bankrupt for selling such crap!!
