While living in Sumter SC, in November 2005,there was a television add stating buy one whirlwind vacuum cleaner and receive one free plus receive a free steamer.
Stupid old me, I called the number and never spoke with a live person, just placed the order via automation. I accidently told (the voice) to make it a one time payment therefore the total amount of 154.00 was withdrawn from my bank account the next day.
After 4 weeks, I started calling and never ever talked to a live person. The line was always busy and when I got through, I actually held on for 4 hours and then at 4:30PM , it disconnected.
It is now August 2006 , I have no vacuum cleaners and no money refunded.
I have a list of all dates I called and all my frustration. I must have sent 10 E-mails and noone has returned my call.
