Net Watch ISP; ILD Telecommunications unauthorized billing through ILD Ponte Vedra Beach Florida

On my December telephone bill from Verizon, I noticed a charge called NETWATCHISP 1XSETUP and NETWATCHISP MTHLY FEE each totalling $14.95 for a total illegal charge of $29.90.

I called Verizon on 12/31/07 and they told me that as a regulated utility, they were required to pass on any charges from third parties and they could not credit my account but they could put a "dispute" on the charge. They told me to call ILD Teleservices, Inc since ILD was the company who billed Verizon.

I called ILD Teleservices on 12/31/07 and spoke with Veronica. She said that she would stop any further charges from NetWatch ISP but that she could not credit my account. For that I would need to speak with NetWatch ISP. Veronica told me to call NetWatch at 1-866-415-7380.

I called NetWatch ISP on 12/31/07. That number goes straight to a voice recording which instructs you to press zero. That takes you straight to voice mail. I have left 2 messages with my name and number. So far, I have not rec'd a call from NetWatch ISP.

If I don't receive a credit on my account within 30 days, they I will file a complaint with the FCC and the West Virginia Attorney General's office. I have been charged for a service which I did not receive and the company (NetWatch ISP) has not refunding my account. Therefore they have stolen my money.
