iLeads ripoff bad leads bad customer service Newport Beach California

I purchased $1,375.00 worth of semi-exclusive leads (sold to max of 2 people)from ileads.com. I felt comfortable spending $1,375.00 as ileads is partially owned by First American Title and First American seemed to me as a big reputable company.(This is also part of their sales pitch.) The leads I recieved had either bad numbers, been called by 10 people or more or never applied at all. Some of the leads had been called on so much that people left messages on their answering machines threatening to call the police if they get solicited by a mortgage lender.

I e-mailed ileads.com and explained to my sales rep. the quality of the leads I have recieved and she(the rep) assured me that the company is very good in replacing bad leads. ileads started sending me the replacement leads and to my surprise, the replacement leads were as bad and in some cases even worse than the original leads they supplied me with.

Since NOT A SINGLE LEAD WAS GOOD, i decided to e-mail my sales rep. at ileads and tell her about my intentions to file a report with the BBB (Better Business Bureau) and to contact the Mortgage Originator Magazine(The place were I found ileads.com add.) to go over my experience with her company.

ileads rep. conatacted me and was extremly rude, unproffesional and aggressive. I explained to her that the only way this situation can be solved is by reimbursing me all the money I paid to her company. She answered me:"Good Luck" and hung up the phone.

ADVISE: DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH ileads.com. The quality of the leads are extremly bad, the replacement leads are as bad and in some cases even worse. Customer service is terrible. ileads will treat you good until they get your money. Once you have paid them, Good Luck.
