Illinois Tollway Dollar Rent A car Illinois Tollway accusing that i went through some tolls and not paid, however, according to the timing and date i can prove my car was parked in the parking garage. Chicago Illinois

I am not sure how this can happened while my car was parked in the garage. They are also giving three other random timing which I am not sure either. I called Dollar rent a car to get detail information about the situation they told me to call Tollway. I called them, they told me since I am not the owner of this vehicle, we sent all request to Dollar rent a car.

I emailed my Parking receipt to Dollar rent a car. I believe burden of prof on either Tollway or Dollar to show me I am passing through these tolls, which they have not done that to me.

I am assuming either the date is wrong or something fishy going around. I was talking to my uncle in Toronto over the weekend. He also went through same ordeal while he was in Chicago late last year.

Any help will be appreciated.
