Independence Medical Edgepark Surgical ripoff cheated employees and screwed the customers even more Cleveland Ohio

Company is run by n**i Scum Bags! Independence Medical is a Wholesale Medical Supplier. Edgepark Surgical is a retail medical supply company that sells to consumers. They are both owned and co-located in Twinsburg, Ohio.
It is a "family owned-professionally managed" company that intimidates employees, and rips off customers. If you are part of the inbred nepotistic family, then you will be fine...if you are not affiliated with the aforementioned, then you are screwed.

Don't expect to receive a final paycheck, or a reference-regardless of performance. Once notice is served, they show you the door. Customer client lists are immediately and routinely transfered from the wholesale B2B side of the company over to the retail operation where clients are stolen from the wholesalers that Independence Medical serves. This is unethical, and violates the contracts that the company signs in order to get the wholesalers to feel comfortable providing their valued client lists in order to facilitate the drop shipments.

Indemed also runs a pyramid scheme where employees try to find investors to become "owners and partners" in the medical supply business. Once a potential "partner" is warmed up to the idea of investing tens of thousands of dollars, then the victim is turned over to "Ronnie" the company president, so that he can close the deal. The sales person with the most new "partners" for the month receives a new Mustang convertible, or a check for the value of the car. This company is soon to be featured on "60 Minutes".
