Infinity Dish  Bait and Switch and False Promises Internet

I called to order International package only. Everywhere else I was told that I have to buy another basic package worth $10 along with international package, if I want international package only. Only Infinity Dish said not a problem, I can just buy International package for $29.99. They also promised a $25 visa card mailed to me within 2 months. Only after the installation when I register with dishnetwork.com and logged in, I found out infinity dish added that $10 package themselves and also hooked me with a 2 year package. Several calls made to Infinity Dish and Dish doesn't help resolve my issue. AND the $25 visa card never arrived. made several calls, and they'll keep you on hold for 5-6 mins and asks to leave a message in their voice mail. This company is clearly cheats. You are good dealing directly with Dish Network. All the free add-ons these guys promise to make their deal looks good are either not free or going to cost you. STAY AWAY from this company.
