I should have read reviews prior to purchasing FREE TRIAL INSTANTLY VIVID. After 14 days, like the others, my credit card was charged $98 and $99. The woman tried several times to negotiate % credit but I held firm requesting cancellation/ full refund.

She’s finally authorized the cancellation/refund and sent the two confirmations via email. There were no clear details/information on the subscription or email alert of charges, they simply charged my credit card without my authorization. SCAM!!!
