Instantly Vivid overcharged for what i thought was shipping only for trial size product

I was very unhappy to receive this product at the very misleading price of $4.95 and they added the eye serum at an additional 4.95, then i receive 2 charges on my banking account for $44.93 and $53.39. I was under the impression that i was getting a sample product at those initial charges. I never intended on spending close to $100 on this product that i haven’t even gotten a chance to use. When i called to get the charges refunded to my account, i was told the most they could refund was 75% and they won all disputes with the bank. I even offered to send the unused product back. So now, i have spent $30 on a product that i really didn’t want in the first place. Very disappointing and why i never try products like this. Very poor customer service.
