instantly vivid They said I checked a box stating if not satisfied to call in 14 days to cancel! I have no proof that i didn't do that! I sent two orders back priority mail and she told me they do not take returned product and will not refund over $300 they have billed me! Purcell Oklahoma

I should have known better, as it sounded too good!  I'm an 80 year old lady, no excuse if I did check box, I don't recall and have no proof!  I'm on a fixed income and simply do not have the money to pay, plus, I am not using this product!  I recieved two more boxes today!

They just keep talking over you same story of no refunds!

If I had looked on the web and saw all these reports I would have instantly cancelled, but, thought my letter and returned products would be enough!
