International Wig Treacherous Wig Company, They Sell Your Information, Hack Into Email To Settle Vendettas. Internet

Beware of this Treacherous Wig Company. I have reported them to the Cyber unit of the Fbi. I didn't research this company before I conducted business with them and its to my regret that I didn't. On May 11, 2011 I made a wig purchase online. I contacted them on May 16, 2011 when I realized I didn't receive a tracking number of my wig purchase. When I emailed the sales associate in regards to why is it a lengthy process for them to ship and process an order taking 2 weeks on their website when they have already withdrawn from my bank account. I did suggest this might lose consumers because the process to receive their products is to lengthy. To my surprise, I was appalled at how the sales agent of the name Christie replied to me. She was very nasty and rude. She blamed me for not paying attention to the shipping chart displayed on the website. She also continued to say if we lose you as a customer we have plenty and so on. I replied, that I didn't like her tone and told her as a customer service rep that's no way how to address a consumer of your products. She replied, I must be ignorant to misconstrue the facts and the fact being its my fault I didn't pay attention to great detail of how they ship and process the orders. The email blitz continued for several hours. She even called said, I didn't graduate highschool and needed a lesson in English. The last insulting words were her emailing me nice try c**t. I had blogged her company all over the web and she must have came across it. The next thing my email was compromised they managed to wipe out all of the insulting remarks they had sent to my email and the receipt of the very transaction of my purchase. I had two emails they managed to use my information to hack both my emails. I contacted the FBI and currently its being investigated. I have had my emails for over 10 years and its never been compromised. Then on today, I receiving telephone calls from weirdo's saying they saw my number on a prostitute web site back page.com calling my number. Again, think twice before you give them your credit card information or contact information. Amazingly, I had closed my cc out before the rat began to really stink. My bank is assisting me with my refund and I'm happy about that. The worst thing I suffered from this company is my personal emails and pertinent information being in their hands to do anything. I just closed both yahoo accounts and I just truly regret I had any dealings with this company.
