Internet Order LLC Bait & Switch / Fraud in the Inducement Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

Responding to an offer to purchase a short introduction to a Pinsleur language course, paying $9.95, I received a package containing a short course plus a larger package with the full course (at least Part 1 of such), with no explanation, no billing, no return instructions.  The larger course package was returned to them with my cover letter.  They subsequently billed me $256 for it and threatened to damage my credit report if I didn't pay.  There was no agreement on my part to accept such a course and no mention of any cost or obligation.  Clearly then, this is a classic case of internet fraud/bait and switch/threat.  This not an honest-dealing company.  Stay away from them!
