Internet order LLC order not recieved , misleading advertisement billing me for $348.95 for book back end with bonus cd and Photo Reading? Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

 I recieved a bill yesterday dated Feb.16 2011 . it states I have a past due balance of $207.00 for :"photo reading with bonus cde and book back end" I am not sure what this is . It shows the original amount was $348.95 . I don't recall ever making an order of this expense or recieving it , when I called they said it was delivered in Oct 2010, signed for by "someone" . and the "trial period was 15 days. I live in a basement and don't recall signing for anything of this expense and my uncle who lives above me didn' recall recieving this package.

 I was contacted on my cell phone while driving and was first notified of this expense and I explained to the person that called I was unaware of any order of this cost. He said the item was a low cost trial and if not returned in 15 days the cost was $69. odd dollars for several payments which was in some box on the internet form and that he would check to see about the delivery. If I wanted to find out the details I guess I was supposed to call him at some number which I was unable to write down due to me driving .

Today when I called in . I was told payment needed to be made today in order to make a "settlement" I explained that I am on disability and did not have such funds or would never make an order of this cost since I have limited income. I was told I could make payment arrangements but I still do not recall any agreement to pay such a large cost for a Photo reading with bonus CD arrangement , I then found several other complaints of deceptive practices on this site and hope to resolve this unfortunate situation after being theatened with being sent to collection agency for prosacution for this deceptive order that apparently is now on record . Please advise !
