IPOWER, IPOWER is holding Domain HOSTAGE Internet

I have experienced horrific service from IPOWER. The service has worsened as IPOWER was attempting to perform internal migration of their servers and the associated toolkits. We have experienced many days of missing emails and complete lack of response from their Customer Service.

Finally we decided to change hosting companies. WELL IPOWER HAS MADE THAT ALL BUT IMPOSSIBLE.

IPOWER's migration has made it impossible for me to use their VDECK to make the appropriate changes to my ADMIN contact, unlock MY domain, provide me with an Authorization Code or even acknowledge my request for transfer.

We have burned countless minutes on our cell phones trying to achieve the aforementioned to no avail. If we call during business hours we wait in assess of 60 minutes only to get disconnected.

I have NO idea where to turn. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
