IPOWERWEB - IPOWER.COM is a ripoff con dishonest billing with no permission to do so Does not refund if dissatisfied Not recommended to use Santa Monica California

Last year, I attempted to create a website with ipower.com and found out that I was unable to upload pictures of my products. I contacted them for a REFUND within a week and received no response ever! I was stuck with spending $100.00 for a website of no use.

This week, I received an email telling me that they were renewing my website and charging my account. I immediately responded telling them that this was an erroneous billing and that they had no right charging me $95.40 without my permission.

After many calls and waiting for them to answer the phone, I finally got someone named Shane who had me hanging on the phone for at least a half hour. He returned to tell me that I could only get back $75.00 and that they were keeping $20.00 for my asking for a refund!

This is a bad company to do business with, since in the first place they knew I was dissatisfied from the get go, and to add a con job and charge my account with no confirmation of renewal and/or permission is outrageous!

I will also contact the Santa Monica BBB and make sure that no one else gets ripped off like I did... Consumers Beware!
