iYOGI or iTechline They scam you; they lie to you Internet

When you google DELL support this company's website pops down. You call them; they pretend to be DELL support. They then say they can fix anything. You are speaking with someone whose native language is not English. They give assurances they can fix your problem. They never tell you who you are. Then they sign onto your computer with your permission. Then they they lie to you about what is wrong with your computer, frightening you into thinking that you are severly at risk, then run all kind of stuff on your computer and charge you $199 for "fixing" your problem. Since I had another computer on a home WiFi network they told me it would be another $199 to fix it too. I tried to track them down with calls and finally told them that they were a scam and I wanted a refund. The person said they would give me a refund on the second machine. Of course, I never got it. I called back again only to be told that no one there could authorize a refund. This was with a company called ITechline. They have now changed their name to iYOGI. Stay away for them. They lie, they cheat, they steal. I tried to get a refund from the credit card company for fraudlent intent, but was unsuccessful. The only time I knew I wasn't dealing with Dell was at the end when they told me how the charge would appear on my credit card statement. I called Dell to report them, but they evidently keep out flanking Dell. Too bad.
