iYogi took advantage of my elderly father to the tune of $3000 and provided him absolutely no value. Sold him an endless number of service contracts and said they could fix his PC performance issues. When they could not fix the original issue they told him he needed a new computer. They sold him a junk computer with less disk space, physic al memory and processor speed then his original PC. They lumped on periperals and software he did not need. When he could not get this new system working they sent over expesive onsite support who did nothing.
With little effort I was able to solve his original PC issues, minor issues that any of today's high school kids have fixed in no time. iYogi used the situation to milk a technolgy challenged elderly person for a lot of money.
Do not let these people remote to your PC. If you do make sure you uninstall their software including the remote connection services.
This company is running a scam and stealing from the public, stay away from them.
