I went to J D Byrider to get my first brand new car and what I got was just the opposite.The sales person picked me out a green 1997 Ford Escort with about 70,000 miles on it and this was in 2001.The price of this car was $9,999.00 with a 24.9% interest rate with a co- signer.
J D Byrider charged me $156.00 every two weeks.
At the age of 19 years old I was ripped off by JD Byrider into paying for a used car at the total of about $16,400.00. I want JD Byrider to pay me for every extra penny I gave them that they did not deserve.
I paid for my car twice with the ridiculous interest rate they gave me and the intial price of the car. J D byrider has ruined my credit.

No, you ruined your credit. You knowingly bought the car, paying the interest rate you agreed to, with little or no previous credit. It sounds like you did not pay for the car (hence, the "they ruined my credit" comment) so it seems they might have been justified charging you the rate they did after all.
