I went to Jackson Hewitt to file my taxes. I read a notice that stated that taxes will be prepared. The consumer will be notified of the cost. If the consumer is not satisfied with the cost, they will be charged $35 to cancel.

My tax preparer electronically filed my taxes without notifying me of the charge beforehand. I was charged $250 which is too much for me.

So, now I am out $250.

This is unfair and I feel robbed.
