Jackson Hewitt Paid over $300 to have my taxes done and I was lied to and taxes are still NOT done! Bloomington Minnesota

 I went to my local Jackson Hewitt location to have my taxes filed which was my local Walmart. I needed to file a w-7 form along with my 1040 and first thing I asked the tax preparer before I sat down was if they were authorized to file that form for me because only certain preparers can. She said she wasn't sure and had to call her office. Her boss told her they are certified to file the w-7. I let them file my taxes and paid $270.00. Well 6 weeks later I got a letter from the IRS stating that the agent that filed my taxes was not an authorized agent and I'd have to re-file. I contacted Jackson Hewitt and an argument started over the phone about them being authorized or not. I faxed them the notice I received and 1 day later called them. I was told they received the fax and it is being looked into and I'll receive a call when it's figured out. 4 days later I called again and I was told they never received the fax. I was told they would call back when it was found because I insisted they received it. I got a call back a few days later and was apologized to because they are indeed not an authorized agent to file the forms I need and will be sending me forms they have redone for me and I can sign saying I did it and send it in myself. I argued I paid them to FILE my taxes and she said I paid them to DO MY TAXES NOT FILE THEM! The tax deadline is now passed. I am attempting to do it on my own and am messing up and now got a letter saying I need to redo it.
