Jackson Hewitt Wal-Mart Should Ban them from operating Kiosks in the Super Centers Waterloo/ Cedar Falls Iowa Nationwide

Jackson Hewitt Tax service made multiple mistakes on my returns for 2011 and 12. Cost me in excess of 1,000 in refunds that I should have received and an additional 300.00 in fee's I had to pay someone else that knew what they were doing to fix the mistakes.

I was promised several times by a " supervisor " that the Franchise owner would be contacting me to rectify the situation. He has never called back, and refuses to answer my calls!

I filed a complaint with the Store Manager at the Super Wal-Mart in Cedar Falls Iowa, as they allow Jackson Hewitt to set up a Kiosk. He tried to help and I think did everything he could.  Jackson Hewitt promised him also that they would be calling me to " work something out" Again they never called!!!

I would encourage other customers to contact Wal-Mart and request that they not allow Jackson Hewitt to set up in their stores!!  Wal-Mart, allowing Jackson Hewitt to set up Kiosks is a tacit endorsment of their service.
