Jacuzzi, Inc. Design Defect Yields Black Gunk Chino California

Unbeknownst to us, Jacuzzi whirlpool jet tubs have a design defect that traps water in the tubes. This build up creates black gunk. The gunk is bacteria. Also unbeknownst to us, jacuzzi was sued for this and settled. But they kept the bad design and never fixed it. We paid extra for a jet tub. Now we can't even use it as a soaking tub. Whenever water fills in, the black gunk just floats on out.

Avoid Jacuzzi jet tubs at all costs. They tell you there is a cleaner for it. It doesn't work. They tell you that you have to clean it once a month. It doesn't work. Then they tell you every other week, then once a week. At $40 a batch. Cleaning it weekly gets expensive fast. And it still doesn't work. Stay away.
