I understand how frustrated you are, and it sounds like you may have a very good legal case on your hands. Was the letter you received on their letterhead or the finance companies letterhead?

Unfortunately, once a vehicle is repo'd, anything inside of it are basically gone. There are tow companies/yards that will allow you to come in and retrieve the items. A call to the Police Department should get you the information you want, as they have to inform them of what they are doing.

I wish you luck James. It sounds like you may have a winning case on your hands in the long run!

Who did you get the letter from? Byrider does its own financing. Byrider may own the car but does not own your possessions in the car. It looks to me like they have stolen them and you should check this out with your local police.
