Told me to add ins to a vehicle and have the ins company fax it to them and that would hold the jeep i was trying to get because i had to cash a check and I knew a friend had the funds to help me cash it, he also tried to get me to cash it at a check cashin store or liquar store for high fees just to get that down payment faster, we said No, next day he called several times our sales guy and the manager saying we will see ya today, lets doi this or this but we said we would be there by end of day, an hour or so later he called and said he sold the jeep ,, so he sold it ut from under me after saying he would hold it if i added ins, he would not even look me in the eye when i went there, and i said i didnt even get a call to say we have another interested customer so you have this much time then we have to sell it, i did not get that coutesy, they sold it then called me almost smug about it then asked me to go outside because they knew i was right and didnt want people to hear me. Even sadder he knew the only reason I wanted to buy that jeep was because my daughters husband recently died and i was going to give her my old jeep to help her out, so in order to give it to her i had to find another one first,so once i knew he said we was approved i called her and told her she would get my old one the next day, what a snow ball effect they caused.no care for the customer at all no loyalty to the one you served first only to the money you wanted right now and not in a few measily hours. I am not angry at the people who got it in fact i worry for them becaus enow they are in to this comapny that has no compassion or care MrMoran was our sales guy, and the manager Kevein was in on it to, they know what they did stuttering and head held down right Mr moran you remember dont ya
