Well in 2005 I was making payments on a Ford Escort Station wagon at  JD Byrider. I thought the car was too much for what they were asking for. The car was  2500 dollars. My payments every two weeks were 250 dollars every two weeks. I made my payments on time and when i couldn't make a payment on time i would call them to let them know and i also had to pay a late fee of 25.00. My vehicle had a year warranty on my motor and engine which they never honored . And shall I mention that they had a pick a part  junk yard  engine installed in the car that blew a head gasket twice within a year. And when I told them that I needed my vehicle for work they told me that they were not going to fix the vehicle unless I paid 1800 dollars. So I told them that i didnt have the money and instead of working with me they worker who took over my contract. told me to that if I DID NOT PAY HIM. They will get their money one way or the other. I want to know if there are any other people from Arizona who have been mistreated by CNAC a.k.a Jd Byrider who feel like you have been mistreated and paid way too much for a vehicle wants to file a class action lawsuit together. I will put my money in the pot if you are willing to put your money in the pot.

You bought this car and they told you the price.  If it was too much for you, then you shouldn't have signed the contract!  The warranty is for one year according to you.  The warranty period came and went.  You have problems after the warranty ends.  You are expecting free service?  Since the car is no longer covered by the warranty, of course you will need to pay for it!  Then you claim "they won't work with me".  What do you expect them to do?  YOU signed a contract.  Each payment is due as per the due date.  If you expect them to "help you" by saying "you don't need to make payments until you want to"...forget it.  It doesn't work that way anywhere!  If you're having problems making ends meet then perhaps you should use your free time to find a part-time job.  No, I don't work for them.
