JD Byrider CNAC Reginal Manager Whitney Green Refused to take my car payment that was only 12 hours late Joliet Illinois

I purchased 2005 ford explorer from JD Byrider on june 29th of 2015..I have bi-weekly payments of $177.00 which i have always made on time. My payment was due on friday the 18th. I received a call early friday morning from CNAC telling me my payment was due, i told the lady that i have direct deposit and the money was not even in my account yet and that i would get back to them later.

 Later on a couple hours after i talked to CNAC I stopped breathing and became unresponsive and was taken to ST. James Hospital by ambulance and hospitalized until i was stable and released this morning on Saturday. I received a call today from regenal manager whitney Green from CNAC. She tore into me right away for being late on my payment and treated me as if I was lying about being hospitalized.I told her what is your problem im only a few hours late and she became beligerent and said thats not the point your in violation of your contract.

  I told her i wanted to talk to a manager and she refused saying she was the boss. I again tried to make the payment and she refused telling me that she was going to make sure my car was repoed. she threatened to go to my job and call the sheriffs to get my vehicle.At this point i hung the phone up and called my mother to see if she could maybe get some where with mrs. green but she was also rude and uncaring towards my mother and refused to take my 10 hour late carpayment.

I called back a 4th time trying to make my payment and this time i recorded my conversation with Whitney Green and i have her on tape refusing to take my payment, being rude, and telling me she has the right to refuse my payment.I tried to pay online but she has me blocked out of the system...

Can you guys please help me, she is clearly trying to repo my car? I have proof of my hospital stay and have the recorded conversation..She cant be allowed to do this, how can she refuse my payment to force a repo because she is mad and having a bad day.. Please help guys
