 This company is a buy here pay here car dealer. They buy cheap auction vehicals and fix things with tape and glue and then sell them for triple of the cars value. My car in specific was a Buick and do to an unfortunate accident that was not my fault the vehical had been totalled. After the 5,500 I had already paid and then the 5,700 that came from the other persons insurance they told me they would not file a claim under a separate insurance policy they told me I needed to pay for to cover the vehical in a total loss. They sold this insurance as gap insurance and explained that if I ever totalled the vehical this would fufil my loan obligation. After the accident I spoke with them about what I needed to come in a look at another vehical and was told I only needed to make the last payment of my regular scheduled payments and then would be good. After the insurance claim from the other driver went through they changedmoney changed their story and told me the other policy was not valid and that I still owed 4,000. The value of the vehical at time of purchase was 4,500 and they had already collected twice that. After much argument later they came in the night and repossessed the vehical and are still chasing me for money.
