I have this Jefferson Capital Systems,LLc continues calling me and writeing me too resolve a debt issue that was suppose to have been solved couple years back with them also with Better Business Bureau checked into this and they were suppose to have resolved this by me reporting that it was used by someone other then myself the credit card that is and they would remove me off the debt..

Not sure what there doing but due to me not being the one that got the card and used it I do not feel obligated to have to pay this credit card debt back.

jefferson capital systems llc the send me a threatening letter stating I owe 425.00 but if I send them 255. they will accept this and close the file I NEVER HAD AN ACCT WITH PREMIER BANKCARD MC...they also saidthey would obtain a copy of the judgment THERE IS NO JUDGEMENT OR VERIFICATION OF THE DEBT, these people are scam artist & should be prosecuted st louis Missouri

At that time, I did not know it was a letter from a Collection Agency,what was strange to me was the return address was just a P.O. box number, 1120 and a city. Charlotte, N.C. 28201-1120.
