Jennifer Convertibles stole my money and lied about services! Industry California

I purchased my sofa from them because I liked the idea of the upholstery shield protection. I paid $300.00 for the cleaning service and when I filed my first claim two years later, they refused to fix it, after almost a year of auguring back and forth with them they refunded my money and told me they would not clean the stain.
