This company definitely does not stand behind their product or guarantees. In fact, they have so many dissatisfied customers; they are closing stores in the Southeast. Two reputable repair shops have verified the defective quality and yet the Lifetime Leather Protection Plan that you pay extra for is completely worthless. Buyers in the Northeast beware! These people do not sell quality furniture and are rude when you request help.
