We purchased two sets of sofa, the fabric of one set faded significantly in just a few winter months. Jennifer Convertibles declined our warranty request claiming it was under direct sunlight. The lesson learned is that Jennifer Convertible will find every reason to reject warranty claim and you would only buy from them if they are so cheap and you'd throw the garbage away in 2 years.
