Jennifer Greer Seller is a THIEF, sent payment & items never received. Poor to NO communication! Waited many weeks and still nothing. Internet

I contacted The Ahimsa Collective via her Ebay store for a custom listing for a rope halter and lead rope Sept. 8 2011. She emailed me outside of Ebay through her artfire web store and we discussed my custom options. I paid for the custom items via paypal.

I waited 4 weeks before becoming concerned and this is when the communication became difficult. After another week I finally heard that the set was mailed Oct 13, 2011. I was never unreasonable and I feel that I was fair to the seller. This is when the seller claimed to be having 'family issues' with no explanation or offer to help remedy my situation.  

I emailed again after three more weeks of waiting (Nov. 3) a total of of 8 weeks. No response. Waited another week and emailed again asking for an explanation and offering to be patient. By this time my paypal window had expired. I also said that I might be forced to leave negative reviews. Finally got a response the same night.

After my threat I received an email response right away. I was offered a refund or replacement and told that she was trying to track the package via the delivery confirmation code that she refused to share with me. I have not heard anything since. It is now Nov. 29th. 12 weeks later! This woman is a thief and a scam artist. I wish that I had known better than to try and deal with her. 

After weeks of waiting and many excuses such as 'family emergency'. I still do not have my items. She claims the set was mailed but gave no date. I was never given a confirmation code, even though her web store says she gives them. I was never given a shipping date or a photo of my finished items.
