A week ago, I was looking to purchase a WebSite Template for Drupal 7 from DreamweaverGraphics.net, since I use Adobe Dreamweaver I was fooled by the name, and I purchased a template for 65$.

It was stated that the template would work exactly like the demo that I saw before purchasing, however, after installing the files as it was explained on their Readme file, my website was incomplete, it had only the background and top header, no menu, no content. I contacted them via chat and they said that my site was incomplete and to reinstall the Drupal CMS and their template files. I did like they said and after working 2 days on it, I still couldn't figure out why it wasn't working still. I checked their files comparing it to what I had uploaded and everything was there but the site still had no content.

I opened a ticket and waited 24h. No reply! So I contacted them again by chat and they said that it wasn't installed properly and they offered me to install it for 300$ extra, which I refused, So they put me back to chat with another support agent again, and that one said that they were going to fix the problem within a couple of hours. I know and I feel that I've been fooled. This experience has turned out to be a Huge headache, with a useless website template.

I hope this report will avoid other people to get fooled like I did.

I made my purchase through Paypal so, I opened a dispute and hopefully I will get refunded.
