Issue: I paid for icons and graphics with link functionality in a Flash template purchased from Jetimpex,Inc/templatetuning.com. $155 worth of work.

The 'project manager' Edward Henderson did not write the coding (actionscript 'getURL' nor did he perform the additional steps to create these links in Flash. Repeated attempts to resolve the issues have resulted in stonewalling and insults.

Further, The original agreement stated via the website is persons who avail themselves of this service will receive all of the graphics and source files that the developer used to make these changes. The final delivery to me did not include a graphics folder as did the original template prior to changes.
