Sorry about the watch Ron.  I too have had many problems with watches from JTV.  They come in broken boxes, have dead batteries, they are always running when they arrive.  I noticed that Dana has responded to your complaints.  You can try to work it out BUT I have dealt with her in the past and usually nothing is done to help the customer, it is always to their advantage!
