Jiffy Lube ghetto, unreliable, thieves Sandy Springs Georgia

Absolutely do not go here! Took out oil from the car and didn't replace it!! Blew the engine's turbo because of it. You CAN'T make this stuff up.

My fiance took his car in yesterday right after having an emissions test completed. Jiffy Lube takes his car back, starts the process and then the guy at the front desk says, "Oh, yeah, that's going to be $69." Basic oil changes do not cost $69. So the fiance said he wanted his car back. So they did just that but after having already starting the process... they never replaced oil back in his car! On his way home, the check engine light came on and the car started sputtering. Come on, that's not normal. And remember, he just had an emissions test before that. This IS their fault. To make matters worse, the guy at the front was a smarta** and the manager didn't seem to care at all.
