JK Harris and Company ripoff dishonest financial service with no results or actions Charleston South Carolina

Hello from another victim!! I entered into an agreement with JK Harris in Dec 2005, it's now Feb 2006. I've receive one phone call and no response from the numerous emails I've sent. All the complaints listed by others in the previous posts are acurate and true as far as I have experienced. The unfortunate fact is that I now realize I've been sucked out of $1000, the good thing is I now know I'm not crazy. It was difficult wondering why I wasn't getting any response plus dealing with the fact no one had contacted me since after day one. On top of that I had to calm my spouse but trying to get her to realize maybe we hadn't heard anything because maybe it just takes time for JK Harris to review our situation and develop a plan to resolve it! Well, enough said. Looks like it's time to visit Small Claims Court. If there's anyone out there from NC that's fallen victim of this business I'll like to make contact!
