JK HARRIS and Company UN-AMERICAN UNFAIR DECEITFUL RIPOFF PLEASE REOPEN CLASS ACTION SUIT! THEY ARE OUTRIGHT THIEVES! Charleston South Carolina

I was "up-sold" the credit repair program, WHICH IS ALSO WORTHLESS, when I met to discuss my tax problem and handed over 3 years of documents, some of which were originals upon their request. They told me that "no news is good news" for the first few months while debiting my bank account a total of $1795.00. I continually phoned and emailed my 2 "specialists" to no avail.
I then lost my job and tried getting them to return my messages, etc. to advise that I was unable to continue paying the fees. I wrote them as well to advise of this to no avail.

(no return receipt since I still trusted that a nationally known company advertised on TV would do the right thing)

THE I.R.S. AGENTS WENT TO MY EX-MOTHER-IN-LAW'S HOME LOOKING FOR ME!

JK Harris stated to me they had filed P.O.A. with the IRS, the agent advised that that was not so and that he has handled many cases with disgruntled JK Harris clients before.

THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY, DO NOTHING, AND THEN WILL STRING YOU ALONG OFFERING A REFUND OF HALF OF WHAT YOU PAID!

I need the money so I signed a statement agreeing to get $900.00 refunded Once you wait for months, you will get a DENIAL of Refund!!! Oh, yea, I got some poor copies of about half of my records back.

THIS IS HOMELAND FINANCIAL TERRORISM AND IT MUST BE STOPPED ! The IRS has been helpful but I think they should assist in shutting this operation down.
