Jk Harris And Company took me for 7k to do nothing, don't fall for this like me N. Charleston South Carolina

I had been audited by the irs and owed them about 18k after the irs had started taking my paychecks, i decided to do something, i saw an advertisement on tv about jkharris and decided to call. Everything was great at first i mean the irs stopped taking my checks and jk harris filed my taxes, then nothing, i heard nothing. then one day they want an itemization of my expenses i sent it, never heard anything, next thing i know i am going to get my checks levied again, so i call them my account was switched to another representative, so i got a hold of them and had to resend everything again, then i heard nothing nothing, had sent all my w2 for taxes for current year to get done, they didn't have them, said they would send me a new contract so they would do my current taxes, in the mean time i had to run around and get the copies together again, then they needed the expenses report again, so i got them all together again!! sent them out again, in the mean time i am making my payment to them, it's getting close to 7k and i get a letter from them saying they can't negotiate until my current taxes are done.

Well first of all that shocked me because they had my w2's sent to them twice and then they say if i want them to do it it's going to cost more money, and i still didn't have a contract for them to do my taxes. In the meantime I have gotten more letters from the irs with penalities and interest, i now owe 33k and they are going to start levy my checks again. So i went a head and did my taxes myself, sent them to jkharris so they could do the negotiation, just to have them send me a letter stating that "the Offer in Compromise Program" may not be the best option for you at this time because i make too much money, and they suggest i go and obtain an Installment Agreement from the IRS. So basically I have paid them 7k to do nothing and my irs debt has doubled so I just got screwed all the way around by trying to fix my problem.

Something needs to be done about this company I searched online and now see that I am not the only one that has had this problem. If anyone is filing a civil class action suit against them you can definately count me in!!!
