JK Harris And Company Altered 2848's Ripoff North Charleston South Carolina

**** my report is very lengthy. I apologize in advance.. I submitted a report about 5 minutes ago, but was unable to complete..ran out of room...So, I will leave this by telling you that even though I cancelled the contract with JK Harris on September 1st (in writing) there have now been 6 (six) 2848's filed on my tax account..begining July 30, 2004, clearly 6 days before I met with JK Harris rep the first time, and continuing thru the last week in November.

We contacted the CAF Unit, in Ogden, Utah on September 13th (request received and signed for on September 14th) to request copies of the 2848's on file. After waiting until October 19th, with nothing more than "strange answers"..and excuses for delays, I invoked the Freedom of Information Act. I was told later that day, by the Supervisor of Unit 2, at the CAF, that the "documents had indeed been requested and received, but that these documents had presumably fallen into the wrong person's hands and must be presumed destroyed". That is the day in contacted my Congressman, Dr. Michael Burgess. I have met with the Congressional liason to the IRS, and the Taxpayer Advocate Service. This meeting was last Friday, December 10th. I am awaiting the outcome of the Congressional inquiry, that has been openned in my behalf. I have also been assured, that if I request a meeting, I will be given a meeting with the Office of Professional Responsiblity, in Washington D.C.

The devastion, finacially and emotionally, that JK Harris has brought down upon me, is beyond belief. But what is more frightening that what JK Harris did (or did not do) for me, is the fact they have the ability to get forms, such as multiple 2848's, posted onto your tax account frauduently, but they can remove them, too. Four of the six 2848's have disappeared. I am lucky enough to have a hard copy of one of the 2848's that have "disappeared" I will contine to investigate every federal "watchdog" agency, I can find.
