J.K. Harris Company Geogia Rip-off Accountant

My husband was interviewed by J.K. Harris to represent him on his income tax despute with the I.R.S. and he gave them The $788.00 that they wanted and entered into a contract to pay them $125.00 a month for 12 months.

He also signed papers giving them power of attorny to let them get his income tax w-2's.

He got threatening letter from the Irs and they said that they had no record of the power of attorny and J.K. Harris didn't get the w-2 we got a CPA to do his taxes and get all the information and when he asked for his money back since they didn't perform their part of the contract, could anyone look into this for me? oh ya then they had the audacity to ask for their $125.00 a month from him.
