Ordered a TV and they push you to review before any follow-up steps. Process was simple enough - but then got the email that I needed to "call them" because of the order size (a TV). Order has been pending for 2 weeks now and no one answers the phone (dropped each time after being on holder for over 10 minutes) and no one responds to emails (about 5 and counting).

I used them because they were well reviewed but I realized now that they scam the reviews in check-out and if you check other reviews, Many people have had the same experience (recent).
